What you will receive: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, lead alerts, and account notifications related to your Pro Bizbot service. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not opted in.

How you opt in: by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our website form when you enter your phone number, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at probizbot.com/privacy. We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.

Pro Bizbot provides appointment-setting services to automotive dealerships under the package you select. Package pricing, billing, and renewal terms are shown at checkout and billed monthly until cancelled.

You agree to provide accurate information and to connect only systems (such as your CRM) that you are authorized to connect. You remain responsible for your dealership records and customer relationships.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pro Bizbot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
